Local Government 101 for Artists & Community Advocates

Offered through the Emerging Local Government Leaders Association (ELGL), this pilot course outlined the variety of ways that arts and culture can be employed to support communities seeking to address historic inequities. For 5 weeks, 15 artists and local government staff members explored the newly emerging field of Artists and Local Government partnership practices.
